A Customized Approach

Sierra Occupational Health Services is your resource for Occupational Health. We have established a teamwork method with each of our employer groups to provide the most efficient process to provide quality care, customer service and direct communication while being a viable resource in knowledge of the Workers' Compensation system.

We are committed to your employee's health:

• All injured workers will be thoroughly and appropriately evaluated. Work status will be given to the appropriate supervisors for initial injuries. Written status reports will be sent on all visits to the clinic with check-in and check-out times recorded.
• Our goal is to provide quality care and return injured employees to full work status as soon as possible. If modified duty is needed, we will work with each manager to help coordinate. Modified duty and return to work programs have been shown to be successful in decreasing expenses and lost time injuries.
• We will be your liaison for any referrals to specialists
• Timely reports will be submitted in accordance with D.W.C. guidelines
• First-aid will be offered when applicable

Here When You Need Us

Pegasus Medical Group will provide 7 day week coverage for injured employees. Pre-employment physicals, D.O.T. physicals, drug screens, breath alcohol testing, injuries and other occupational health services can be done during normal business hours.
